Bashaer Othman is the one of the inspirer who inspires me.

             Born on August 24, 1996, in Allar, Palestinian. Bashaer Othman is the youngest of 5 siblings, born to a peasant family of Tariq Othman and Salwa Othman. Bashaer Othman is a world's youngest mayor who led the city Allar, a small town on the West Bank Palestinians with a population of approximately 9000 inhabitants. She became mayor for a term of 2 months since July 2, 2012, having defeated more than 1000 candidate for mayor in a very strict selection level of all. She could have spent the long, hot summer holiday hanging out with friends or helping at home. But instead, 15-year-old Bashaer Othman is making speeches, signing documents, chairing meetings, attending civic functions and meeting citizens as mayor of Allar, a small Palestinian town high in the West Bank hills.

            Halfway through her term, Bashaer has presided over a vote to set up a local fire department and establish Allar's first public park with a children's playground. She has also represented the town on a trip to Qatar. But she identifies the most important local issue as unemployment, especially among youth. "If I could achieve one thing, it would be to create a project to provide as many youth jobs as possible," she says.

            Every morning, Bashaer heads off to the municipal offices, where she has full control – except for financial matters – as part of an unusual summer experiment aimed at empowering young people.

For two months, the regular mayor, Sufian Shadid, and his team of councillors have handed the reins of power to a group of teenagers. The adults are on hand to advise and offer guidance, but all the decisions are left to be made by the youngsters.

"At the beginning, people were critical because of our age," says Bashaer. "But then they saw us working, and that we were tough and dedicated, and now they respect us." 

              Bashaer Othman called for peaceful message that young people could be the torch of peace to his community. She  confirmed that the young people in his country wants peace with Israel. Life is peaceful, harmonious, with a secure future and where freedom is the younger generation of  Palestinian expectations.

Bashaer Othman , who hopes her role as mayor will encourage more women to become actively involved in public life, plans to pursue a political career. But, first, she intends to study international issues at university following her final two years at school. The youngest of seven children, Bashaer says her family are supporting her unusual role this summer and her ambitions.

She has a very high sense of nationalism, she represents Palestinian youth to bring peace, prosperity in Palestine. Not only inspire young people, the figure Bashaer can also inspire governments, giving the leadership of the future regeneration of the area naturally and democracy make room for the opposition to be able to prove it in competition regeneration. Concern for the Palestinian youth who are unemployed

She was directly suggest to Indonesian youths, she say that the young people of Indonesia are now starting to think about politics. Do not be too apathetic to political affairs, view politics with the positive, and be actively involved in decision-making in politics.
